Luggage Limits – What You Need to Know

 

To keep things running smoothly, all luggage must be declared when booking. This helps us ensure there’s enough space for everyone and prevents any surprises on pickup.

Luggage Allowance Per Passenger

✅ Carry-On (1 Free Piece)

• Max 0.06m³ and 10kg
• Must fit comfortably on your lap
• Cannot be used as an add-on for a larger piece

✅ Checked Luggage (Standard Suitcase)

• Max 0.09m³ and 30kg
• If over size or weight limits, it will be considered oversized luggage

✅ Oversized Luggage

• Max 0.189m³ and 45kg
• If it exceeds these limits, it cannot be transported—contact our office for alternative options

Luggage Assistance

Our drivers are happy to help with loading and unloading your bags! Just keep in mind:

• They cannot leave their vehicle unattended at the airport.
• While they’ll handle your luggage with care, we are not responsible for any damages during loading/unloading.
