Luggage Limits - What must I declare?

 

 

 

You MUST declare all your luggage pieces, keeping in mind the weight and volume limits for each size. An extra piece of luggage may have to be declared if the piece is oversized, to accommodate the weight or volume limits

 

Luggage sizes and what can I bring?

Each passenger is only allowed 1 free carry on piece

 

Carry - On

This piece can be no more than 0.06m3 and/or no more than 10kg.

*This piece should sit comfortably in your lap, and cannot be used as an addon for a larger piece

 

Normal luggage (Check-in)

This piece can be no more than 0.09m3 and/or no more than 30kg.

*if the dimensions or weight exceeds the maximum limits of these specifications, it should be treated as an oversized piece

 

Oversized luggage

This piece can be no more than 0.189m3 and/or no more than 45kg.

*if the dimensions or weight exceeds the maximum limits of these specifications, it cannot be transported. Please contact the office for alternative services

 

Luggage Assistance

Your driver can and will assist you with your luggage in and out of the bus. All our drivers are very helpful and courteous if you have any requirements please ask. The only exception is they are not allowed to leave their vehicles unattended at the airport, they are only allowed to drop you off and then they are required to drive off.

 

The driver will take utmost care in loading your luggage, but if you have concerns you are more than welcome to load and unload your own luggage. Drivers are not responsible for any damage accidentally caused to your luggage.
