All fares now include a booking fee and a vehicle call out fee
Booking Fee ($3) - This fee is non-refundable and it is primarily used to cover transaction fees, and also any processing and admin fees associated with processing the bookings. It also covers a $1.10 passenger transport tax levy
Vehicle Call Out Fee ($30) - If cancelled within 12 hours of allocated pick up time this fee is non-refundable. This primarily covers costs associated with the drivers and vehicles on the day
Northside Shuttle reserves the right to charge the above fees or offer no refund as per the terms and conditions stated here within or if we believe the reason for cancelation is inadequate or if we suspect our pre-payment booking system has been misused in anyway.
