We get it—plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works so you know what to expect.

Fees Included in Your Fare

Every booking includes two key fees:

✅ Booking Fee ($3) – Covers transaction costs, admin processing, and a $1.20 passenger transport tax levy. This fee is non-refundable.

✅ Vehicle Call-Out Fee ($30) – If you cancel within 12 hours of your pickup time, this fee is non-refundable. This covers driver and vehicle costs for the day.

Refund Policy & Discretion

• Cancellations outside of 12 hours? You’ll get a refund minus the non-refundable $3 booking fee.
• Cancellations within 12 hours? The $30 vehicle call-out fee + $3 booking fee is non-refundable.
• No-shows? Unfortunately, no refund. (Our drivers’ time is valuable!)
• Unhappy with our service? Let us know! If we’ve made a mistake, contact us immediately—we may offer compensation or, in rare cases, reimburse taxi fares.

Final Say

Northside Shuttle reserves the right to enforce these fees or deny refunds if we believe a cancellation reason is inadequate or if our pre-payment system has been misused. If you have any concerns, reach out—we’re here to help!
