Child Restraints Policy

 

At Northside Shuttle, safety comes first—especially for our youngest passengers. Here’s what you need to know when traveling with kids.

Seating & Safety

• Children 3-7 years – Must be recorded as a passenger and declared to ensure room for a booster seat. ($15 each)
• Children under 3 years – Must be recorded as a passenger and declared to ensure room for a baby seat. ($30 each)

Child Seats & Registered Buses 

• If allocated a registered bus, booster and baby seats may not be provided as the child is permitted to remain in the lap of an adult.

Booking With Young Children?

• If you're traveling with a child under 7, please let us know by selecting the correct drop down options. We are unable to offer compensation for missed, delayed and cancelled pick ups if declared incorrectly.
• We will dispatch accordingly to ensure compliance with regulations.
