General Questions & Answers


  •  Is this a private or shared service? We offer a shared transfer service to and from Sydney's major terminals and the Northern Beaches of Sydney


  •  How can I find out who my driver is? You will receive a sms and email the night before your pick up with the drivers contact details. Please call the office if you have not received this by 4pm the night before


  •  How large is your fleet? We have over a dozen busses and vehicles in our fleet, including larger coaches as well as smaller sedans


  •  Can I contact you after hours? Yes, the office operates until late every day and calls are diverted to our drivers after hours. If you have any issues, please contact the office immediately or contact your driver and he will relay the information back to the office


  • What hours do you operate until? Our vehicles and routes operate 24/7 everyday of the year. Book with us knowing a driver will be there ready to collect you at you requested pick up


  •  Are drivers allowed to pick up other people that walk-up randomly? No, our drivers have strict rules and regulations to NOT accept bookings or jobs randomly at any of the major terminals. This is a serious issue and we urge customers to report this to the office immediately if their driver diverges from the path or accepts an additional pick up that has not been booked under Northside Shuttle Pty Ltd
