Coronavirus in Australia and its effects on Northside Shuttle Operations

Northside Shuttle is continuing its Sydney operations where possible and will continue to work with you despite the global crisis. We have unfortunately had to close some offices and our staff are limited. Our calls will be diverted towards our drivers at certain times and extended waiting times can be expected.

Our routes and busses have now been reduced and we are deeply impacted due to the travel restrictions and global bans in place. We have also needed to increase our prices and all fares will come with a $10 surcharge. We are offering full credit of any booking during this period and unlimited free changes if you contact us within 24hours. We understand that any travel plans can be changed at a moments notice and we will accommodate where we can.

Our vehicles are constantly being cleaned and disinfected to combat any trace of the virus. We use a variety of medical grade products and our drivers are instructed to wipe down after every trip. We support our governments decision and agree that the threat is still very unclear. We must take all the precautions and measures that are needed in order to slow the spread of the virus.
